By accessing or using the Ads.extension.vn website, platform, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To use certain features (e.g. running campaigns, publishing ads), you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the authority to bind yourself or your organization to these Terms.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Services to distribute malicious code, violate any applicable law, infringe third-party rights, or engage in fraud or abuse. You must comply with the Chrome Web Store policies and any other platform policies that apply to your extension or ad placements.

We may set limits on usage (e.g. campaign budgets, targeting options) and may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or our policies.

If you use our Services to advertise your extension, you are responsible for the content of your ads and your extension. You represent that you have the right to promote the extension and that your ads and listing comply with applicable laws and platform policies. We do not guarantee any particular level of installs or performance.

Campaigns are subject to our approval. We may reject or pause campaigns that we deem inappropriate, misleading, or in violation of our policies. Refunds are handled in accordance with our billing and refund policy.

If you participate as a publisher (e.g. displaying our ads in your extension), you agree to implement ads in accordance with our technical and policy guidelines. You may not artificially inflate impressions or clicks, and you must comply with our publisher terms and payment terms. We may withhold or revoke payment if we detect invalid activity.

Fees for campaigns and other paid features are as described on our website or in your account. You agree to pay all fees when due. Payment terms (e.g. prepay, net terms) may vary by product. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account and collection action.

Taxes (e.g. VAT, GST) are your responsibility unless we are required by law to collect them. Refunds are subject to our refund policy as stated at the time of purchase or in your agreement.

We own or license the Ads.extension.vn brand, website, platform, and related materials. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our Services or use our trademarks without our written permission. You retain ownership of your content (e.g. extension, creatives); by submitting content to our Services, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the Services.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. indemnity, limitations of liability) will survive termination.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the Services at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ads.extension.vn and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or these Terms. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Services or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or one hundred US dollars, if greater). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ads.extension.vn and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your content, your extension or ads, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts of Vietnam, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. Nothing in these Terms limits either party’s right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated via email or a notice on our platform. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.
