Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if: (1) we failed to deliver the service as described (e.g. technical failure on our side that prevented your campaign from running), (2) you were charged in error (e.g. duplicate charge, incorrect amount), or (3) you cancelled a campaign before it started and before any spend was incurred, and our terms allow for cancellation in that case.
We generally do not refund: (1) spend that has already been used (e.g. impressions or clicks already delivered), (2) campaigns that were paused or stopped by you after delivery began, or (3) cases where the campaign underperformed your expectations but our service functioned as described. Promotional or bonus credits are typically non-refundable.
To request a refund, contact us at hello@ads.extension.vn with your account email, campaign or transaction details, and reason for the request. We will respond within a reasonable time (e.g. within 5–10 business days) and, if approved, process the refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.
